What is the cost for Unstoppable You 30 Day Program ?
The Unstoppable You 30 Day Program starts at $299.00 and may adjust depending on your goals and additional options.
What kind of workouts do I need to do?
You are highly encouraged to move your body for at least 30 minutes a day, 3-5 times a week. You can start at your own pace, I just want you to work on improving each day.
If you are new to working out, it can be activities such as walking, pushing your kids in a stroller, walking the dog, taking the stairs instead of the elevator or yoga. If you are already active, it can be a combination of weight training, running or indoor cycling. There is no perfect routine - do what makes you feel good. Just move.
What kind of meal plan can I expect?
In your first session with me, I will map out a customized nutrition and meal plan based on your goals. Typically meal plans consists of a combination of meal replacements, intermittent fasting, cleansing and of course eating whole foods such as lean protein, clean carbs, fruits, and veggies.
What if I have questions or need assistance?
I will be available to answer questions and provide assistance via the live accountability check-ins and daily via the private Unstoppable You Facebook group.
In the group members share questions, insights, victories, tips, and get additional guidance, support and help from me.
Don't worry - I will be with you every step of the way to help you reach your goals!
What kind of results can I expect?
While each person's body and results vary. Most clients, who follows the program as designed, experience a 5lb-20lb weight loss in 30 days.
In addition to feeling and looking better, clients have reported having an increase in energy, improved sleep, reduction in inflammation, less bloating and increased overall performance.
Do I need to order special food?
Your personalized nutrition system is built into the cost of the 30 day program. When you are ready to get started, during your initial transformation session, I will help you create the best system for you based off your goals.
Within that system you will replace 1-2 meals a day with a meal replacement shake. You will also cleanse during your first 30 days. You will be provided with a done for you nutrition guide as well as sample menus, food and snack list.
Note: There are options that do not include meal replacement shakes and cleansing. If that's your prefrence, please let me know during your transformation session.
What happens after 30 days?
After 30 days you will have the option to do another round, start a maintenance system or take everything you learned and do it on your own.
